GARDYNE HAZEL Passed away peacefully at home, on September 23rd, 2023, aged 61. Much-loved wife to Chris, loving mum to Charlie and an adored companion to Dax. A sister to Ruth and the late Peter. Hazel will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Service at Mintlyn Crematorium on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023, at 3.15 p.m. Family flowers only please.
