PLANS to build nine homes on the edge of a village near Swaffham have been refused.
Terry Gray had wanted to build the homes, including three affordable homes, on part of a former Christian fellowship centre and retreat at Brecklands Green, South Pickenham Road, in North Pickenham.
But the application was refused by Breckland Council's development control committee on Monday.
