An 18th-century Norfolk pub has been injected with a new lease of life as the owners of a popular street food trailer have brought bold flavours to the menu.
Couple Adam Clayton, 40, and Annie Vanstone, 34, from East Rudham, purchased a food trailer in November 2020.
It followed the success of pizza takeaways offered from a wood-fired oven in the back of their pick-up truck in response to lockdown restrictions.
Mr Clayton worked as a freelance chef for many years but had to adapt when the hospitality industry shut down.

Fast forward to 2023 and the trailer is booked up for various summer events and the couple recently secured a permanent kitchen residency.
This is at the George and Dragon pub in Newton By Castle Acre, near Swaffham, which is run by landlady Tiffany Turner.
Mr Clayton said: "Our style of food is all about bold flavours and fusion and we have had amazing feedback at the pub so far.
"We are currently developing a summer menu and will do pizzas outside and barbecues on the fire pit with local meats like low and slow lamb with flatbreads."

There will also be a Rum and Reggae Party on Saturday, July 29 with a jerk barbecue, outdoor bar and DJs.
The current pub menu includes buffalo chicken wings, beef, halloumi or katsu tofu burgers and madras curry, with a range of desserts too.
Fanny Adams also offers a popular Sunday roast, with the final one ahead of the summer on Father's Day on June 18.
Mr Clayton added: "I'm really excited about the future with the pub kitchen alongside the trailer doing weddings, festivals and pop-ups."
Fanny Adams serves at the pub from 12noon to 2.30pm and 6pm until late Monday to Friday, 12noon until late on Saturday and 12noon until 5pm on Sunday.
