Shelly's Bistro in Swaffham to host bottomless brunch

Shelly's Bistro launched in London Street in Swaffham in 2017 and won the title of Best Overall Bistro at the Food Awards England in 2023. 

The spot has become known for its weekly Thai nights, steak deals and sweet treats but on Sunday it is hosting something a little different.

Customers will be able to enjoy the bistro’s first Everything Pink Bottomless Brunch outdoors to celebrate the new garden space.

The courtyard outside the bistro underwent its makeover at the start of April and owner, Michelle Czarnecki, hopes it will be perfect for summer guests.

"We'll be trialling the bottomless brunches this Sunday to see if they're worth doing maybe once a month," Mrs Czarnecki said. "And we're hoping to do it in the garden - if the rain ever stops."

The brunches will offer a pink-themed menu featuring 'pimped up' prosecco, raspberry gin fizz, strawberry daiquiri, pink Smirnoff crush, strawberry and cucumber coolers and strawberry and cream shots.

The bistro's new stuffed croissants will also be available. 

The event will run from midday until 2pm on Sunday and costs £29.99 per person.
