A stock car and banger racing circuit has been listed for sale for £1.6m.
Swaffham Raceway is two miles from the market town and sits on 12 acres with the track, parking, stadium and accommodation.
Described as a "unique asset", the site has been listed for around two weeks, attracting interest from local buyers and investors.
Various racing classes compete at the oval raceway from banger to hot rod races and it is licensed to hold greyhound racing.

Sam Kingston from Roche Charted Surveyors, which is listing the stadium, said: "We've had quite a lot of interest from a number of people who want to own and occupy the site or take it on as an investment.
"It's a unique asset, so it could take a little while to find the right buyer, or it could get snapped up next week."
The site has recently been subject to an ongoing maintenance programme to enhance the facilities, undergoing 12 months of refurbishments with a new bar, windows and painted external cladding.
The track is hosting the Norfolk Cup Weekend on June 22 and June 23 with banger cars, ninja karts and stock cars among the vehicles taking part.
