Norfolk County Council's Trading Standards team has issued a number of warnings about new scams.
Emails claiming to be from Spotify
People have been reporting emails which claim to be from Spotify.
The emails look convincing and feature the brand's logo and imagery.
The emails explain the customer's subscription is about to expire but says they can claim an extra "90 days free" by clicking a link and entering their information into a fake version of the Spotify website.
This is not a real offer - it is a scam designed to steal people's personal information.

Phone calls from 'BT'
A local person has reported receiving a telephone cold call which claimed to be from BT.

The council advises people to be wary, to not engage and to hang up as quickly as possible.
Emails claiming to be from PayPal
