The decision was due this week over whether a developer could revamp Maritime House in Great Yarmouth, a landmark 19th century building in Marine Parade.

Kenzoku Properties, a Norfolk-based firm specialising in renovation work, hopes to turn it into a café with office space and flats on the upper floors.

5. New pharmacy proposal

Plans have been lodged to change the use of Downham Market Social Club in Paradise Road into a healthcare facility.
